Wait, how'd I get dragged into this?

The bar was smoky, but the bad kind of smoke, not the good kind of smoke, like from my secondhand Volcano Vaporizer, stocked with fake weed, made by a goon. Like a light-seeking missile cutting through the clouds, though, she was there: a classy dame, sipping a long island iced tea. My revulsion at her drink of choice and general vapid cuntery quickly faded as I gazed upon her heavenly face. Attempting to get her attention, I banged my glass on the bar, and asked the bartender for another glass of the 'Dew: Throwback, please, not that high fructose corn syrup crap. I must have done something right, as she glanced my way. Like a steampunk light fixture, the gears were turning, except this time it was the gears of love. I swiveled in my barstool and tipped my fedora ever-so-slightly. The epic win was just beginning, I thought, as I brushed the crumbs off my pea coat. "It's time for the Major to direct the troops to victory."
